Distance Bowenwork
Distance Bowenwork uses with the same principles of time & space you may associate with Reiki or other remote healing models.
It's especially helpful with relaxing and resetting the nervous system, improving sleep, muscle alignment, pains, injuries, gut issues & auto immune issues associated with structural mal-alignments.
During sessions, I listen for insight around physical, energetic, and emotional patterns that may influence aches and pains. Each body shows clues to the internal processes affected by stress.
Sessions include an initial phone assessment, followup self care strategies, and suggestions for further comfort as you heal.
Sessions can occur live, or be "stored" for the client to access later at their convenience.
The recommendation for those who receive Bowenwork remotely & in- person, is to experience 3 sessions within thirty days (3 in 30), for best initial results.
